In the September Ipsy Glam Bag, I received the Chella Eyebrow Color Pencil in Dazzling Dark Brown. Now for some reason, I totally didn’t notice it. I didn’t realize it until I went to do some reviews on the Ipsy website that I had received it, and I immediately ran to find it because I needed a brow pencil terribly! Talk about right on time. The brow pencil retails for $18, so you already know how happy I was to get it along with several other items for just $10 as a part of my Ipsy glam bag subscription.

The fine tip on this sleek European-designed mechanical pencil has a creamy consistency that glides into place and can also be lightly smudged for a more natural look. Color Pencils fill in and define sparse brows.
What I Say
Pretty much they are telling the truth. I like the mechanical pencil versus the traditional pencil because you don’t have to worry about sharpening. Also because the tip is very fine, you have more control when applying and can be more precise. The picture above shows one brow filled in versus one that is not, and as you can see my brow is filled in and defined without that ‘drawn on’ look. I will continue to use this brow pencil, but I probably would not purchase due to the price point.
