For the second year in a row, I attended Be Blogalicious conference, which is a multicultural blogging conference. Ever year it takes place in a different city, and this year, it took place in Atlanta, GA. I think this is maybe the 3rd time I’ve been to Atlanta, so I was looking forward to being in the city again and being at this conference. If you want to read more about my experience, check out this post.
To get around town, Drive Shop provided me with the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. This vehicle was perfect for me since I’m used to driving a small SUV in my normal day to day. I loved the blue color, because it stood out from the crowd. She was a little cutie pie!
The updated 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport has a revamped exterior and a number of interior improvements. Most noticeably, the exterior has Mitsubishi’s new “Dynamic Shield” front design concept. New 18-inch alloy wheel design, lip wheel moldings and power folding side door mirrors with turn indicator lamps add to the sleek new design.
On the interior, there’s a new steering wheel, new interior seat fabrics, improved 6.1″ Display Audio System and new auto-dimming rearview mirror with Homelink®.
First things first, I headed from the hotel to a nearby Trader Joes for healthy snacks and lots of bottled alkaline water. That way if me and my roommate get hungry, we would have something healthy to snack on. Often times at conference, there lots of snacks but they aren’t always so healthy.
There was plenty of trunk space in the Outlander Sport for my bags from the grocery store. The high-back rear seats had armrests and cup holders, and reclined or folded down to make more trunk space if needed.
When the conference was over, and it was time to head back to the airport, I was a little sad. I was going to miss many of the features in the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Things like the remote keyless entry with panic feature, rear camera, and color LCD multi-information display, that made driving this SUV so easy.
Retailing between $19,595.00 – $29,195.00, 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is definitely a car to look at if you’re in the market for a new SUV style car. It’s perfect for a family of 1 or a family of 4, with many of the modern conveniences and safety features we’ve come to expect from cars these days.
What are your thoughts on the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport? Is this a car you would consider for you or your family?
