Over the last several years, I’ve made being healthy a part of my lifestyle. While I’m not at my ideal weight and size, I’m not extremely overweight either. People often ask me why I’m eating healthy. They say ‘you don’t need to lose any weight’. But is weight loss the only reason to live a healthy lifestyle?
