For me, and I’m sure I’m not the only one, counting calories and tracking food gets old quick. However, it is a helpful piece of information to know what it is that you are eating and their calorie value. But what do you do with that info? Fortunately you may be able to make easy swaps for foods you love that are high calorie, high fat or high carb with low calorie, low fat, or low carb options that are nutrient dense.
