This week has been extremely challenging for me. While I’m excited about being presented with a lot of great opportunities, I’m feeling the weight of deadlines and duties on my shoulders. That can really be a joy-stealer and I’m finding it very difficult to find some balance. The result is always missing workouts and eating whatever I can find – or not eating at all. Which definitely is not good.

As I was looking for posts to share for Beyond Beauty this week, I came across a post from life coach Tiffany Scott. I had the opportunity to meet her at the recent Blogger Week conference, and hearing her speak about her blog really inspired the Beyond Beauty column here on Naturally Glam.  The post is entitled ‘Something Had to Give’ and it really struck home with me because I’m at that point where finding balance seems to be escaping me.
